When pin bores wear out, joints go sloppy, pins walk, and equipment doesn't work right — or work at all. We rebuild those bores in place: bore welding builds the worn, oversized hole back up, then line boring re-cuts it true and round to the original spec. It's how you fix a worn-out machine without replacing a boom, a bucket, or a whole arm.
What we do
- Line boring of worn pin bores — true, round, back to spec
- Bore welding to build up oversized or egg-shaped bores
- Pin & bushing replacement
- Restore pivot joints to factory tolerance so pins fit right again
What we fix
- Excavator boom, stick & bucket bores
- Loader, backhoe, skid-steer & dozer pin joints and bucket ears
- Hydraulic cylinder-mount bores
- Tractor loader-arm & three-point hitch bores
- Trailer and equipment hinge & pivot points
On-site — less downtime
The boring rig is portable, so we can come to the farm, the job site, or the fleet yard and do the work where the machine sits — no tearing it down and hauling it in. Bigger jobs can come to the shop in Eolia. Either way, you're back to work sooner. Need welding or fabrication too? We do that as well.
